What to Include in a Support Request
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- Your editor and AI assistant (e.g., VS Code + GitHub Copilot, VS Code + Amazon Q Developer, Cursor, Kiro)
- Mouse version (visible in the Extensions panel)
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead
- Any error messages from the assistant's chat response or the Output panel (
MCP:hic_local)
