NOTE

Email support with 24-hour turnaround response time is only available for Business customers at this time.

Coming soon. A public GitHub repository for Mouse issue tracking and community discussion is in progress.

What to Include in a Support Request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  1. Your editor and AI assistant (e.g., VS Code + GitHub Copilot, VS Code + Amazon Q Developer, Cursor, Kiro)
  2. Mouse version (visible in the Extensions panel)
  3. What you were trying to do and what happened instead
  4. Any error messages from the assistant's chat response or the Output panel (MCP:hic_local)
