Managing Your Subscription

How to upgrade, downgrade, cancel, add seats, update payment, and view invoices

Accessing the Admin Portal

All subscription management happens through the Admin Portal:

  1. Sign In from any page, or navigate directly to the Admin Portal
  2. Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the main portal dashboard
  3. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal

You can also reach the Stripe Customer Portal from other locations in the Admin Portal, such as when updating your payment method or viewing invoices.

Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. It is not immediate
  • Mouse continues to work normally until the paid period ends
  • You can reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time before the end of the billing period by signing in to the Admin Portal and managing your subscription

Changing Plans

To switch between monthly and annual billing, use the Manage Subscription button in the Admin Portal. The Stripe Customer Portal handles plan changes, prorations, and billing adjustments automatically.

Payment

All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. HIC AI, Inc. does not handle, receive, process, manage, or store customer payment details.
